League Rules & Regulations

2023 Fall/Winter Season

1. League enrollment fee of $600 should be paid before the first game on Monday, September 18th. The games are on every Monday night between 9PM and 11PM at Hugh Boyd Red/Blue.

2. Professional registered referee fee of $30 should be paid in cash to the referee directly before the game each time along with the team player list.

3. The game is 30 mins per half time with 5 mins break in between of total 1 hour. Cup game semi-final and final games will be 45 mins per half time with 10 mins break in between of total 90 mins.

4. Each team will play two rotation of league games (12-14 games) against other teams followed up by a knock out cup game(1-3 games).

5. There are no sliding tackles and off-sides.

6. Yellow card - Ref will let you cool down 5 mins replaced by other players. Two yellow cards or one red card, the player will be replaced by other players for the whole game. Ref will decide how many games of suspension depend on how serious the offence is.

7. It's a 9vs9 game on a half field size. Each team can register maximum 18 players including maximum 5 foreign players. Only two foreign players can play on the field at the same time.

8. No show team needs to cover all the referee cost and consider as a 0-3 loss. The ref will wait maximum 5 mins for late teams. 6 players is the minimum number for a team to start the game.
